Shane Lloyd / Owner

Shane is a certified homebuilder and earthcraft homebuilder.  He has been in the construction industry since 2001.  He has diverse experience that ranges from building a complete home to major home renovations.  Shane is also a graduate from the University of Georgia with a degree in Landscape Architecture.  Shane is a GA Licensed Builder. 

Tinika Lloyd / Office Manager

Tinika is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Advertising.  She spent 8 years in pharmaceutical sales before she took over the office operations for Expert Renovations.  She is also the mother of our 3 wonderful boys, with one soon on the way!

Jack Lloyd / Project Manager

Jack has over 3o years in the construction industry.  He has diverse experience in roofing, painting, siding installation, and home repair.  If you have a question regarding the exterior of your home, he can answer it. 

Jaan Watson / Project Manager

Jaan just recently joined with Lloyd Homes / Expert Renovations and is involved in project management.  Jaan has an extensive background in construction and is also an excellent carpenter.  He has an amazing attention for the smallest of details.
